It’s been a great success, helping over 200 organisations like yours to attract talented managers from other sectors, along with motivated high fliers already working in the sector, and providing a funded development programme to help them become the leaders of the future.

Although its success means that funding is no longer available and no more new vacancies are being taken, we can still offer you support about recruiting and developing the best possible candidate, particularly if you’re looking outside the sector, to fill your management role.

We’ve begun uploading a variety of support resources that you can access to ensure that you are supported to keep the momentum, promoting the sector as a great career choice for talented people and helping to ensure that you find the best possible manager for your vacant role.
